Đảo này được bao quanh bởi sông Sài Gòn và Giồng Ông Tố.<\/p>\r\n\t<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 5px 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; font-stretch: normal; line-height: 20px;\">\r\n\t\tGiai đoạn 1 của dự án đã bàn giao và đưa vào sử dụng 250 căn hộ cao cấp (Tháp The Brilliant). Theo dự kiến, giai đoạn 2 sẽ có 5 block căn hộ (Bora Bora, Hawaii, Maldives, Canary, Bahamas) và nhà thầu thi công là Coteccons.<\/p>\r\n\t<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 5px 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; font-stretch: normal; line-height: 20px;\">\r\n\t\tChủ đầu tư dự án - Công ty CP Bất động sản Bình Thiên An có vốn điều lệ 1.000 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, cổ đông lớn là ông Trịnh Thanh Huy chiếm 36,45% cổ phần.<\/p>\r\n\t<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 5px 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; font-stretch: normal; line-height: 20px;\">\r\n\t\tĐược biết, doanh nghiệp này từng là chủ đầu tư dự án Metropolis Thảo Điền quy mô 8 ha, vốn đầu tư hơn 600 triệu USD tại Xa Lộ Hà Nội, quận 2. Dự án chính là khu chung cư cao cấp Masteri Thảo Điền hiện nay, do Thảo Điền Investment làm chủ đầu tư.
